"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

"The job went very smoothly. The tech ran a bit late, but he called to say so. He installed a keypad by the front door and assessed the house for security. He suggested, since there are several casement windows in the living room and adjoining dining room that a breaking glass sensor would work better and be more cost-effective than alarming all the windows. He did alarm a door that the previous company (inherited when we bought the house twenty-three years ago) had not considered significant. I feel safer with the current sensor choices than the ones I had before.
He took the time to make sure I knew how to use the system, so I am very pleased with the service. My one caveat: I was told that the motion sensor would not register my smaller pets (two cats) because they weigh under forty pounds. "We're very happy with the security system. They were very professional. They answered all my questions well. I think they did a good job installing the system and explaining how it works. They did not fall short at all, in fact the came out twice.  The first time, they're going to have it installed and when they explained how they were going to do it, my wife said I just don't know if we need this, lets not do this. I told them to hang on to what information we had given them. I called them back and they were very gracious about that."

We have used JA Drywall twice in the last few months  at our day care center and they are the best.  They came and put walls up to make offices in a wide open space and then came back to add an access door to another room for us.  They are prompt, friendly, professional and do a great job.  They also check to make sure the job is done right and I can't say anything but good things about them. 

They  have done several jobs for me at my home as well and its nice to have the work done with no mess.  They always clean up after they are done working even if they are returning the next day to finish. I have never met more polite workers who work so quickly but efficiently.
