The spring broke on my garage door and I could not get it to open due to the weight. I put a request in for a quote late in the day and Nick responded that same night. The next morning he was on the job and fixed the door. He also did some minor tune-ups on the system to improve the efficiency and operation. We were very happy with his rapid response time and expertise to get it functioning again so quickly.

I would give Nick a higher rating but 5 is the limit. I got a quote from another company without visual inspection. Then it turns our the do nor work in my zip code. Nick shows up and sees it not the opener. The spring broke. Does a temporary fix on the spring. Opener still didn't work. He left, called the opener manufacturer and they said it was the motherboard. Nick gave me caprice to replace. He came back later that day after 5 pm and replaced the springs. Tried the opener and it still didn't work but the light worked. He reset the opener and tightened up the supports. Now it runs great. Quieter than ever. He could have just installed a new one but he took the time and effort. Saved me a bunch of money. He was interesting to talk with while he was working. Great work, nice guy. Highly recommend.
