He is down to earth and personable and dedicated to making sure his customers are 100% satisfied. Not many companies have the experience Mast does with this roofing system and Chris was instrumental in finding solutions, like removing the existing tile over the garage pent roof to be used for the various repairs on the main roof, so the repairs used the same color and didn't scream that it was a repair. They don't make these terracotta tiles anymore (mine look like cedar shake), so cannibalizing the garage roof was the perfect call. Now we have extra for future fixes. The new asphalt section is barely noticeable from the street that it's different from the main roof. Thank you to Chris and the rest of the team they were such a pleasure to have working on the house. The pride they all took in their jobs was clearly evident."

"I called yesterday because we had a watermark on our ceiling and were afraid our roof had a leak. Tyler came today, inspected our roof, and fixed what he thought was the problem. He was professional and knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell us a new roof like some roofers automatically do. This company put on our roof many years ago, and we have not had any problems with it. It also recently put on a new roof on our son’s home, as well as his neighbor’s home. We would definitely use this company again."
