Remi Renato was my project manager and he did a great job of keeping things moving while I vacillated between cost and doing it right. Remi only wanted it right and I’m thankful for his managing of his crew as well as his customer. I heartily recommend these guys . They carried every brick to a tarp and took the old chimney away without a trace. I’m still amazed at the clean up they did . "Logan and Ben were awesome. Logan came to clean my dryer vent and realized there was more of a problem. They ended up replacement the full vent pipe throughout my basement ceiling. They prevented me from having a major clean up job. My vent pipe was full of water which could have burst at anytime and caused a major leak into my finished basement. They were polite, clean and very professional. They updated me every step of the way and completed the job the same day. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs this service. "

He is down to earth and personable and dedicated to making sure his customers are 100% satisfied. "I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "I regret giving over $80k to this contractor. Jim, Chase and all others did shotty work in my home and now their work needs to be redone by a professional. Even after things stopped working I called them back and no one came out or contacted me to fix it. My window frames and baseboards were installed improperly as well as my electrical. My flooring is lifting and new stairs installed weren’t even nailed in properly, my husband nearly broke his hip on the stairs. I wish I could take it all back and never would’ve trust them."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
