Absolutely Appalling Service and Shoddy Workmanship from GIMA - A $30,000 Mistake! Initially, we were quite pleased with the bathroom and kitchen remodel GIMA completed a couple of years ago, for which we paid $30,000. Fast forward to a few months ago, and our positive experience vanished. We discovered a leak from our shower, impacting the wall to our room. GIMA came out, diagnosed it incorrectly (claiming it was the shower handle), and even though our warranty had expired, we were willing to pay. We put down a $200 deposit for a discounted repair. That was three months ago. GIMA never returned to fix the leak. To make matters worse, the leak was NOT from the handle at all, but from missing grout in the corner of the shower tile ? a clear sign of poor initial workmanship. But the nightmare did not end there. We now have a second, severe leak from the standalone bathtub they installed, which has gone through our subfloor and completely ruined our basement ceiling! We used Gima company to convert tub to walk-in shower and for renovation of vanity area. Manual and Lisani came for estimate very quickly. Entire process went very smoothly.All team is very knowledgeable, skilled and hardworking. They did excellent job . We are very satisfied with their performance. We hired GIMA to renovate two bathrooms in our home. They were so courteous and took our vision to the next level. In addition, they were very professional and courteous throughout the renovation. The teams that performed the renovation were always on time and kept our spaces clean throughout the projects. Giovanna has a keen talent of taking our vision and taking it beyond what we expected. Manual and the team were fantastic in renovating our bathrooms. Jose is very meticulous and made sure his work satisfied our needs. Manual and his team were also made sure that the master bathroom met expectations. The work actually exceeded our expectations and was top notch! We plan to use GIMA again in the near future.

We recently used GIMA to renovate the bathroom in our main bedroom. The entire process went so smoothly and was really a pleasure! The work is beautiful and the crew showed up when they said they would every day and worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was perfect. Giovanna and Manuel were fabulous to work with. From the beginning of our project, they were attentive to details, kept us informed and worked with us to accomplish our goals. Our renovation was transformative for our vacation home. Not only did they handle the exterior including windows, doors and siding, but they also renovated our kitchen, bath and living room. All as one project and within budget! Giovanna has an excellent sense of design and material choices and Manuel is a fabulous craftsman. Highlights of our renovation include a wood accent wall on the fireplace wall which looks stunning. A perfectly designed kitchen layout with rustic features and our new bathroom shower. The flooring is perfect as well as our new lighting and front deck. I can't say enough about this contracting company. Love them and highly recommend them.

As a homeowner Ive dealt with many contractors this is one of the most exceptional and outstanding contractor Ive ever dealt with. Meticulous about everything they do. Open communications with us on everything. This was one of the greatest experience Ive had with a contractor.

Plainly put, from the estimate to the completed work, this company has their act together! It is clear they know construction. The estimate was true, no hidden surprises. They did exactly what they said they would. Giovanna is a pure joy to work with. You can trust her know how. She guided us through, kept us informed at every turn, and made us feel comfortable with the process. Manuel, the project leader, who was part of the estimate process, had a clear understanding of what we wanted. Although I recall seeing him only twice at the work site, his control over the project was apparent. It was very clear he, Giovanna, and the construction crew were all on the same page. And let's talk about that construction crew...Jose and his assistant, Junior. These guys are nothing short of remarkable. They took an old 90s relic and turned it into a beautiful oasis. They showed up everyday at 7 am, and worked til 6/7 pm. They showed the utmost respect for our home and property at all times. They wore face masks. Each night they cleaned up before they left and when the project was completed, they took all debris with them, cardboard, crates, everything. The entire project was completed in 10 days...the entire bathroom was gutted and put back together. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The mark of a happy customer is whether or not they return. We are already in the process of engaging these fine people for other projects. You can trust these folks with you reno needs. They're awesome.

I highly recommend GIMA. I hired them for my bathroom renovation. Jose came early every morning and worked tirelessly till 7 every day. He was polite and respectful at all times, and did a great job of renovating my bathroom in only 5 days.

They made this a seamless experience. Strong customer service and work ethic with creative touches. So glad we went with them to complete the bathroom renovation. It is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend!
