Logan and Ben were awesome. Logan came to clean my dryer vent and realized there was more of a problem. They ended up replacement the full vent pipe throughout my basement ceiling. They prevented me from having a major clean up job. My vent pipe was full of water which could have burst at anytime and caused a major leak into my finished basement. They were polite, clean and very professional. They updated me every step of the way and completed the job the same day. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs this service.

Scammers!! Asked for a chimney sweep and the employee did nothing, recommended we get a new fireplace and said he could not do anything because he did not have a manual for our chimney. I wasnt home at the time so I called the owner of the company asking why I paid for NOTHING. Said the employee would return my call and never did. I was also told the employee did not have a ladder so not sure how they were going to clean my chimney.

Logan was extremely professional, courteous, called from his previous apptmt to confirm arrival time, and did a very thorough job & answered all my questions.

My chimney was in some seriously rough shape! I had just moved into my home, only to learn that I would have no gas service until my chimney was rectified. United was out in a day for an estimate, and was able to install a liner within a week!!! Michael was my contact, Ron explained the process and provided the estimate, and Logan and Dave did the job. Everyone was professional, courteous, timely and honest, and the job was first-rate! I cannot recommend this company and these men highly enough! Thank you, United Home Services!!!!!!

They were very responsive to our request for services . We recently purchased a house and wanted to have the gas fireplace inspected. We set up an appointment and and agreed on a price. Logan was very punctual arriving at the agreed upon time and immediately began work explaining the process and answering my questions as he went . It was very educational for me and he was very knowledgeable. He finished in about 40 minutes and assured me all was good He was quite professional and followed up his visit by emailing a receipt with his findings and photos. I was please and satisfied with the work and report.

Technicians were great

Technician by the name of Logan came out he did the work got it done he was also the one who did the estimate The man really knows his stuff anyhow with that said or I should put typed? The job looks wonderful I got everything done spent top dollar on it but definitely worth the money hands down they replace the two caps that I had with one giant cap redid the cement the ceiling did waterproofing even added a drip edge to keep the water from running down the sides of the chimney with that said I'm very pleased it even looks with the same style of the home nothing too flashy no pun intended
