He was very familiar with the type of water in my area and immediately gave me a very reasonable quote. He conveyed trust, integrity, and knowledge in our first conversation. Yes, I liked him right away! We set up an install date and time, he called the day before, and he and his son were right on schedule. There was a bit of a problem in the set up of my house, but Brian worked around it and figured out a way to make it work.
