Wonderful. Michael was knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and identified the problem and fixed it in under 30 minutes. His rests are very reasonable. This is the second time I have used this company. Plumber arrived promptly on time. He's dependable, pleasant, and reliable. He checked the drain pipe, as well, found some sludge build-up and cleaned it out, offering tips to prevent a clog.

Great! Mike arrived right on time to replace our very old water heater with a new one. He has a very pleasant personality and provided detailed and clear information on the process as well as the specific features of our new unit. He skillfully drained and removed the old one which was clogged with accumulated sediment. He expertly soldered the copper fittings to the existing pipes.
