"We owned a 17 yr old water softener that was no longer working. Rantz offered 2 options, he could fix the old unit or install a new one offering the additional benefit of a full water purifying system. He was excellent to work with at a great price so we chose new. We are so glad we did. Nate did the installation very professionally, went over the instructions on use & cleaned up.
