We are in love with our wall unit. Because of the pandemic, there were issues getting some of the components fabricated, so there were delays and the work required three separate installation dates. Other than the delays and very spotty communication from Closet Factory regarding the delays, the project went well and the wall unit is gorgeous. Despite having to hound them for updates, I would definitely do business with them again. And I'd ask for Jennifer every time. She's fantastic."

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "This was a large remodel and really big project. Unfortunately we had to live in the house while the remodel was in progress and it was challenging at times not to have a working kitchen. But during the project, Jeff and his crew were always friendly and respectful of our privacy and situation. Their number one priority was to give us what we wanted, with a focus on details and making sure that everything was up to code. Jeff does not take short cuts. He also had several useful suggestions on aspects that we might not have considered. We have often left the house while they were working, or left the house unlocked so that they could come and go as needed when we were out of town - and they were 100% trustworthy with our belongings. Jeff stayed on budget and communicated the cost of extras clearly as the project progressed and unforeseen things came up. The only issue we had was with the painting, when the sub contractor that was scheduled for the project did a really bad job. Jeff however brought other painters in to fix the problem to our satisfaction, at no extra cost. The before/ after of this remodel is really quite spectacular. We have had very positive feedback from friends and family on the transformation that took place in our home. We have Ramsey Builders to thank for sharing our vision. They did a great job.

"For eight hours, the gentleman patched one hole in the ceiling in a closet.  I am talking about hole that was approximately 24 inches x 36 inches.  My husband felt like he did an okay job, and if he is happy with the results, then I will be.  But in hind sight, I should have purchased the 2 or 4 hours handyman services which was cheaper than the all day handyman services.
