"They installed my walk in closet just the way I wanted it. The installer was very thorough and cleaned up after himself. He explained everything as he went. I love the organization now of my room."

"We love our new closet!"

"Dale's designs were equal to or better than suggestions from other contractors, and his work and materials were high quality.  We were happy with the work and would not hesitate to use Custom Closets again.

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Our project was very professionally executed by Dan and his son. Great job guys! We were very pleased with the attention they both paid to the details that were important to us and the time they spent solving the unique challenges our particular remodel project presented. Our project required removing existing interior walls, building new interior walls, moving/replacing an interior closet door, removing a portion of existing wall to wall carpeting, installing new vinyl plank flooring in its place, and last but not least - within an existing wall, creating a custom snug-fitting, recessed, exactly-flush-mounted television w/sound bar area for us. Reichardt Remodeling fulfilled all the requirements of our project on-time, within budget, and with precision. The finished space is exactly what we need and we're enjoying it very much. Several product and design recommendations made by Dan and his son throughout the project make the space better than we anticipated. We would most definitely hire Reichardt Remodeling again and we certainly recommend them to anyone looking for professionals in the remodeling business."

"This was a large remodel and really big project. Unfortunately we had to live in the house while the remodel was in progress and it was challenging at times not to have a working kitchen. But during the project, Jeff and his crew were always friendly and respectful of our privacy and situation. Their number one priority was to give us what we wanted, with a focus on details and making sure that everything was up to code. Jeff does not take short cuts. He also had several useful suggestions on aspects that we might not have considered. We have often left the house while they were working, or left the house unlocked so that they could come and go as needed when we were out of town - and they were 100% trustworthy with our belongings. Jeff stayed on budget and communicated the cost of extras clearly as the project progressed and unforeseen things came up. The only issue we had was with the painting, when the sub contractor that was scheduled for the project did a really bad job. Jeff however brought other painters in to fix the problem to our satisfaction, at no extra cost. The before/ after of this remodel is really quite spectacular. We have had very positive feedback from friends and family on the transformation that took place in our home. We have Ramsey Builders to thank for sharing our vision. They did a great job.

"For eight hours, the gentleman patched one hole in the ceiling in a closet.  I am talking about hole that was approximately 24 inches x 36 inches.  My husband felt like he did an okay job, and if he is happy with the results, then I will be.  But in hind sight, I should have purchased the 2 or 4 hours handyman services which was cheaper than the all day handyman services.
