Someone called back about an hour later and took a description of the issue. We texted him a photo and he gave us a price right away. He showed about about 2 hours later. He came is with a mask (Coronavirus protection) and we straight to the window. He popped it out, took it into the back of the truck parked outside, where they did the replacement right on site. It took about 1 hour and it popped back on the frame very easily."
