"The capping on all of my windows was originally done wrong.  When Geno and Russel removed the old hanging capping, the original wood frame was exposed and was wet and deteriorating.  They replaced the wood frame, recapped with new aluminium, and caulked.  They were done everything, including cleanup, in two hours.
