Keith was very professional. He showed up when he said he would and always cleaned up after each workday. He was easy to work with. He always made sure that I was satisfied with each new step and I was. His work was superior with great attention to detail. During the time he worked at our home we had several problems with plumbing and cooling system. Keith was able to recommend people who did a really good job at a reasonable price. Above all I found Keith trustworthy and honorable in his dealings. I would highly recommend him.

Keith was great, we would definitely recommend his services. He arrived right on time, gave me a fair estimate ( a little on the pricey side, but worth it since we know it was done the right way, and finished so fast.) Keith met all my expectations. I am a perfectionist and not easy to please his quality of work was amazing. The projects required some adjustments as my home is old and standard replacements did not fit. Keith made it fit as though it was custom made for my home.

Keith was knowledgeable, courteous and got the siding panel and corner fixed quickly for a reasonable amount of money.

Keith Byrd is a pleasure to work with- he truly enjoys his work and is very honest about the process, timing, materials and costs during the project. All of this contractor's workers were good, and they cleaned up after their work every day.The tile work was beautifully done, and with the new glass shower doors and new vanity and toilet, the bathroom gets compliments from everyone who's seen it. Would use this contractor again, and recommend his work.

I fell as though his knowledge of my system was not very developed. He managed to get the system working but in my opinion it took too long and thus I paid more for the services.

Keith really went out of his way to help us out. He installed a dishwasher for us on very short notice and did a great job. The work was very professional. My only criticism is that he didn't always call back when he said he would, and I sometimes felt like I had to track him down to get a time commitment from him when trying to schedule a time for him to complete the job.

It was a pleasure hiring Mr.Byrd and staff. I am planning on using his services in the Spring. I was very pleased with his price range.
