We had Bethlehem Gallery of Floors here to replace wall to wall carpeting in our living room with vinyl wood look flooring and old vinyl in our kitchen with updated tile look vinyl. We are extremely happy with them ! We received a prompt response to our request. An estimate was given . Explanations were given as to what materials would be best for our project and why. Nice selection of materials to choose from. The installers were very courteous, well mannered, hard working and friendly. Very professional crew ! And the finished project is wonderful! I would hire them again and absolutely recommend them to others !

The representative from the company showed up on time. However was unable to give us the costs for the samples that she brought. Was also unable to give a square footage estimate due to “not having a calculator on her“. We weren’t able to find out cost until later that evening. The estimate was over 4700 for a 500 square-foot room close to seven dollars a square foot for material. Had we known that was the cost of the parts in advance we would’ve been able to say this is beyond our price range. Regardless, does not bode well for a company that bring samples and is unable to tell us cost or the calculated square footage of a room.Needless to say we will be doing our homework and shopping around, And likely will go with another company.

If you take nothing else away from this review know this: Bob Young, the owner of Bethlehem Gallery of Floors is a man of integrity. He is professional and knowledgeable and stands four-square behind his product and installation. I say this after experiencing the most egregious customer disregard by a product supplier representative of TOLI Flooring Corporation. After repeated attempts to have a TOLI Company representative view a possible product failure, it was Mr. Young and Bethlehem Gallery of Floors who stepped into the vacuum to resolve our flooring issue at his own expense. I am talking about 504 square feet of flooring replaced and installed twice for a total of 1008 square feet, a three-day installation with a crew of three each time. Mr. Young was not obligated to do the replacement, but did so as a matter of personal integrity and customer satisfaction. While my wife and I did not appreciate or enjoy the presumed product failure, and subsequent dislocation due to removal and replacement, we are ever so grateful to Bob Young and Bethlehem Gallery of Floors for resolving our dilemma to our complete satisfaction. If you want to deal with a company for whom the words customer satisfaction are more than a tag line, then we heartily recommend Bethlehem Gallery of Floors and Bob Young! You will not be disappointed!

The whole project went well. Researching new carpeting is challenging. Manufacturers don't make it easier because they don't place the same products in different stores. But once I made my decision on brand and model, Bethlehem Gallery of Floors did an excellent job from the initial measurement, to pricing, scheduling, and installation. We're very happy with our new carpeting (Stainmaster - Pet Protect).

They advised us well on which carpet to use and the work was promptly done after the carpet came in. The carpeting looks nice and was reasonably priced, installed. They communicated qwell and there were no surprises.

They were very personable and helpful in finding what we were looking for.  They have a lot of variety and a great showroom. They were very informative.  They really know their products and were helping in finding what would work for our situation. I would definitely use them again!  We've already referred them to friends and family.

Excellent Service from the initial visit to the store, to the home estimate to the installation. Each member of the team was professional and courteous. The quality of the products is excellent and we could not be more pleased with the installation in each different area.

Our choice of carpet was not a stock item, but they ordered it without any pressure to order from stock, as other stores are prone to do.  Their installers were professional and friendly. I definitely will use them again and recommend their services without hesitation.

Bob Young (owner) came to the house and helped us with choosing the appropriate runner and installation style on the carpet.  The carpet was ordered and the installer Jeff came out about a month later to install the carpet.  My mother-in-law was at the house and pointed out that you can see the carpet padding from the side of the steps and it looked wrong.  Jeff kept complaining that this was the wrong type of installation and the wrong pad.  Note that we aren't experts on this, that is why Bob was there giving us recommendations.
When I got home I could see how ridiculous this looked and sent Bob and email.  Initially, Bob was saying how good of an installer Jeff is and how he has 35 years of expertise and was going to send him back to our house.  That didn't make sense to me and after I disagreed, Bob came back to the house.  Bob agreed that the padding was not cut back properly and that there was no choice but to replace it.  
By this time, the original carpet was no longer available.  We waited for new carpet and Bob also suggested using a thinner pad.  A month later a couple of guys installed the new carpet (they were hours late, apparently a scheduling mistake).  The good side was that insulation is no longer showing from the side and the installation generally looks better.  The downside is that they were so rough on the risers (this is a house from 1880s) that most of the recently painted (painted before the first runner installation) now had cracked paint.  The riser at the top of the step moved so much that it now had a gap.  None of this happened on the first installation so these guys were a whole lot rougher.  Since there were already two tries in getting this done, I decided to take on repairing/painting the steps myself.  Since I had to carefully protect the carpet, this meant hours of just the prep time to make sure that the carpet would not get damaged.  Wasted some vacation days on this but the paint is now ok again.
My personal feeling is that with the thinner pad (and perhaps the type of carpet) it does not have a good quality feel to it.  
I do want to point out that Bob Young has been pleasant and has apologized for all of the trouble.

Installing the vinyl flooring was budgeted for 1.5 days, but was done in about four hours.
Installing the carpeting was budgeted for two days, but only took half of one day and about two-thirds of the second day.
Both installations went smoothly. It wasn't perfect, but the issues are minor and not with the flooring but ancillary aspects of the installation process that mostly were expected (e.g., wall scuffs).

Repai work was very good. The person left lots of debris behind.  Coffee stains on our counters where he had placed his cups. Very poor job of cleanup. Price was high. We did not get competitive bids because we used them many years ago,. Price and sloppy cleanup are major negatiives

We did not use the provider, as their price is much higher than the other quote we had even with the discount of $400 off with our $99 purchase - it turned out we just wasted $100 on this company.

They did a superb job of moving furniture and installing new padding and carpeting.  The installers were very professional and pleasant.  The end product is very well done.  Great job.

Very good- we just did not realize that we were responsible for painting the quater inch round molding. They ended up doing that- which they normally do not do.
