Bill and Anna Sullivan started their business out of their home with just one truck. As their family grew, so did their business and they opened a shop in Braddock and hired more technicians. Through the years the company grew but remained committed to offering the special touch of a family operated business.

"Overall the multiple projects went well. More costly than expected but we did receive some discounts which helped. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."

"I had the service this morning and the Technician was in the building for 10 minutes. The bill was $342.25. Last year's test through a different company was $97.00, they weren't available this year. I called to schedule the appointment and wass told there would be a $70 dispatch charge and the couldn't give me a price on the testing, even though I supplied them the needed info. I call ed to see if the could do anything on the price and I was told the price was discussed in advance, even though they said they couldn't give me a price. I know I won't be calling them for any other needs we may encounter. Would not recomend at all. Would give 0 stars but able."

"I cannot recomend A1 Sewer Cleaning enough. Roto-Rooter spent over 3 hours trying to unclog the sewer line but we unable. A1 came the following morning and the drain was cleared in less than a half hour. They even hosed the basement floor afterwards. Mel and Curtis did the work and were awsome. I wood highly recommend them."
