Spenser had to cut two squares out of our kitchen ceiling to see where the leak was coming from It was a copper joint joining the toilet and shower. He replaced the copper joint with a PVC joint The leak was stopped. He replaced the toilet wax because the toilet was now higher because the PVC joint was larger than the copper joint. He also fixed a bathtub drain in another bathroom. Set up and finish were very clean.

Everything went well. The problem was fixed quickly in a field that I know nothing about. I am completely satisfied.

They completed on time and were able to use my contractor lock box to let themselves in.

We had had four leaks in our copper drain pipes repaired and now wanted to replace more pipes before they, too, leaked. Our plumber arrived on time on the agreed upon day. He worked very hard for five hours, including replacing a seal on a toilet that leaked because of the vibrations of the removal. Everything looked great. He nicely cleaned up a real mess from the work. He was very pleasant and professional.

They arrived earlier than they said and completed the job quicker than anticipated. Very professional.

I called the office at 9 AM and explained our problem. Around 10:30 we received a call from one of the plumbers who was available to come then. I was expecting a diagnosis and a come back later for repair. Dan figured out the problem (a copper drain pipe with a split), opened the ceiling board, and fixed it by replacing a long expanse of copper pipe with PVC pipe. It was tricky because the pipe went over an air conditioning exhaust vent. I was so glad to have this quick repair.

Plumber was 30 minutes late. He took 25 minutes to change tap and 25 minutes to repair the toilet. Total labor cost was $185. Cost for parts $81. To say I thought I was ripped off puts it mildly. I spoke to a receptionist later in the day and they said someone would return my call the next day. This happened on April 12th. It is now April 18th and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have used this group before. Something has definitely changed.

Called to find out rate. Got informed of an hourly rate. The date before got call to confirm the appointment and the work to be done, to replace 3 bathroom sink faucets. The date of the appointment we were informed that it would be fixed price per faucet instead of hourly rate. Because we had guests coming and it would have taken us another week or so to find some other provider I opted to proceed. When it was all done we were looking at over $150 more than if we had paid the hourly rate I was quoted. Additionally there was a travel fee which was not mentioned. I personally took exception on the travel fee because I can't imagine any plumbing work which would not include travel time. They should have at least mentioned it at some point during the initial call, the confirmation or the start of the work like they did about the fixed cost for replacing the faucets. Although happy with the work, do not plan to use them again. If they had properly informed me of the fees I likely would have still gone ahead with the work, but getting blindsided at the last second with unexpected fees is not something I look forward to when hiring a plumber.

Brad was sent to do repair. Professional, on time and did excellent work. From estimate to completion we have been impressed. Would call back in a heartbeat if needed.

It was good. I like the service. It is 5 star. I've used them many times.

Work is top notch at a fair price.

It want well. Not only did he power jet the drain, he put a camera into the pipe to inspect it

I use Jim Meyers for my plumbing needs all the time.  I would give him an A on everything.  They've always been very prompt in meeting my needs.  I use them for any routine needs I have.  I give them A for everything. 

They work directly with a flooring man we are using. They are very careful about not scratching things and making sure our dog doesn't get out. I would not use anyone else. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They use high quality product.

Brad came on and time and ready to work. He was very professional. He looked at what needed to be done and explained his plan of attack. He worked quickly and efficiently. He "jack hammered" the opening for the garage sewer and cemented in the new drain. He repeated the process for the laundry room. Both jobs look great! He then finished his work with the replacing of the laundry tub facets. They required some copper tube cutting and pipe "sweating". As someone who has never mastered the art of sweating copper pipes I was impressed with his precise clean joints. He is a credit to his trade. We were very happy with Brad and Jim Meyers Plbg. & Htg. This was the second time we used them and as far as I am concerned they will be the only plumber I will ever use. They are that good!

I called Jim Meyers plumbing to fix my 3 handle American Standard hot/ cold faucet handles in my bathroom tub. The faucet handles rotated 360 degrees and the water only “shutoff” when the handles were in the horizontal position. Additionally, the transfer valve was leaking from the middle shower handle. The first plumber that was sent to repair the faucets could not fix this issue. His solution was to adjust the hot/cold handles vertically (downward), so it was easier to position the handles in an off position…they still rotated 360 degrees. He could not remove the center shower handle because he did not bring Allen wrenches, fortunately I had them. Once the handle was removed, he indicated he did not have the transfer valve to make the repair. I needed this repair completed within 3 days, so I asked if they had this part at the shop. He said they did not, although he would check with the owner. I asked if he could just order the part and have it overnighted. He said it would take 3-5 days to get the part and it would be quicker if I ordered it. He said once the part was in, it would take a ½ hour to install. I asked if he could remove the transfer valve, so I could take it Home Depot or a Plumbing Supply Store to get a replacement. He said he did not have the tool to remove. I did convey to the dispatch staff that I had an American Standard faucet when I initially made the service call. He prepared the bill for 2 hours at $199.85. Since I did not hear back from the plumber regarding the transfer valve, I ordered it from Amazon. Plumber II was prepared. He fixed the issue with the faucets so they actually stopped and did not rotate 360 degrees. For the center shower handle valve, the part I ordered from Amazon was stripped, however the plumber did have the part on his truck and he quickly repaired it. Plumber II was very nice and said he would talk to the owner regarding the work of Plumber 1 – he agreed with me that the work was subpar. He said the owner would ‘make things right’. Charge for the second service $233.05. I did not receive a call from the owner, so I called…twice. Subsequently, the owner’s wife called to discuss. After going over the work performed, I said I did not feel the charge was right, since the first plumber really did not do anything other than remove the center shower handle (it was stripped, he sawzalled it off). She first stated that she could not provide a refund for the work performed because they had to charge for the time spent trying to repair the issue. I asked her if charging $432 was fair. After further discussion, she said she would refund one of the travel charges ($34.95) and that was the best she could do. I called a plumber for this simple repair because I wanted the job to be performed correctly – this is a rental property and did not want further issues. In hindsight I should have called a handyman, they probably would have at least brought tools...live and learn I guess.

I called JIM MEYERS PLUMBING & HEATING, INC around 10 am and after 2 hours they were in my house and installed a brand new garbage disposal. Very professional company. Woman on the phone was also very polite and professional taking my service order too. Highly recommend them.

I've been dealing with them for years. They are generally quick to respond to phone calls. Before they replace anything, they make sure it needs to be replaced. The prices they charge are pretty reasonable. If they have to come back to redo something, there is no hesitation.

Excellent job on installing the kitchen water faucet & garbage disposal. The water pressure regulator needed replace; that was the source of my water heater and refrigerator water dispenser leaks. The water pressure was too high coming into the house. I was told that when water leaks start to happen in the house, have the water pressure regulator tested.

Matt and Brad were friendly, professional, and their work was very neat. They arrived on schedule. Additionally, they made extraordinary efforts to minimize property damage. They hand dug ( on a very warm day) an approximately 30 foot trench in order to preserve our concrete walkway. Although they encountered this additional work, they honored their original cost estimate.
