"Overall the multiple projects went well. More costly than expected but we did receive some discounts which helped. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."

I call ed to see if the could do anything on the price and I was told the price was discussed in advance, even though they said they couldn't give me a price. I know I won't be calling them for any other needs we may encounter. Would not recomend at all. Would give 0 stars but able."
