"These guys were absolutely amazing. Michael and his father Lorenzo are the owners of B&B Associates and helped up every step of the way. We have been wanting to totally remodel our master bathroom for several months but we were concerned that we did not know exactly how we wanted it to look. We felt that we did not know how to design it. Our master bathroom is about 175 square feet. It has two sinks, a dressing area, shower, bathtub, and toilet. We went on Home Advisor and received three different contractors for estimates. When B&B (Michael and Lorenzo) came out to give us an estimate they had several ideas for our bathroom. We decided to use them and the estimate they gave us was accurate. As they promised they met us at stores to help us pick out tile, shower doors, vanities, faucets, bathtub, towel racks and everything else we needed for the bathroom. They made up a schedule which worked for us and they kept to the schedule. They have a crew of workers some of which are family members. They insist on quality and did not take shortcuts. They put up plastic to protect the rest of our home. Everyday Michael or Lorenzo who were in charge came to our home to either work or to monitor what was going on. If we had a question they answered it right away. If we felt insecure about a color or type of tile they both would discuss it with us and explain how it will all come together when they were done but offered to change anything we did not like. As it turned out they were right and it all worked beautifully. We could text or Email them and we would get a response in less than an hour. They answered all of our questions. When problems came up they had solutions and fixed the problems. The bathroom is beautiful. We are very happy with the quality of their work. The price was exactly the proposal price. I would very strongly recommend them to anyone. When they were done they totally cleaned everything up. We have worked with several contractors over the years and these guys are the absolute best"

"After thoroughly researching and receiving bids for our master bathroom remodel, we chose Dan to complete the work. There was certainly some hesitation to hire anyone, as we had never hired a contractor before. The hesitation quickly disappeared. Although somewhat quiet at times, Dan is professional and friendly. Dan is certainly well qualified in all aspects of a remodel job, and he really shines as a master tiler. Dan's work is impeccable. He is very detail-oriented, and understands the different challenges that can be faced during the entire process. Due to a lighting issue with the sun coming through the skylight, Dan noticed after installing subway tile on one of the shower walls that the wall was bowed, causing several tiles to be out of alignment, which was only noticeable when the sun circled the skylight, leaving a noticeable shadow. He pointed this out to us, and took the additional time to correct the issue by tearing out the affected tiles and redoing them. Dan's estimate was well below the other two bids we received, making our remodel project a great value. Dan was provided a key to our home, allowing him to come and go as needed during the day when we were at work. Dan respected our home as it were his own, and made sure the floors were protected at all times, despite the carpet being in need of replacement. I very rarely take the time to write a review online, but Dan's work is so good, he deserves it. We will certainly be repeat customers, and will be having Dan remodel our second full bathroom next year."
