We are a construction company that does it all, are specialty is bathroom remodels and in home cleaning. we do all types of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, siding and roof repairs we have been installing all types if flooring for 30 years and cleaning for 25 years. We have a high rate of repeat customers and 70% of our business comes from referrals and since we have a cleaning company your job site is kept clean at all times. We have been in this line of work for about 35 years and we are owned by myself and my wife. and we have 5 employees that work for us but we do spend time on our own jobs.

"Some of the worst service and product I have ever received. Drapes did not fit the windows after the roomsbeautiful "specialists" did their measurements. Drapes arrived crumpled into a small box- which require professional steaming and ironing to straighten. Even so, they tell me if can do it myself, and the drapes looks even worse after ironing. The lining that THEY selected for me looks like reflective trash bags up in my windo from outside. I also expressed concern that I should only get one window treated first as a test, before committing to all 5- and the roomsbeautiful agent persuaded me to just do all 5. So I spend 2000 on these Drapes, which I will never in a thousand years put up in my home. And they won't accept refunds, and they only take zelle payments which cannot be reversed or argued. So WARNING: do not trust this company, and do NOT give them your money!!!"

"The job went well. The crew that done the job did a very good job. Over all I was pleased with every thing that was done. The only thing I had a problem with was the price of the job. I was quoted one price and before they would do the job I had to ok an extra $4,000 before it could be done because they under estimated how much materials it would take for the job. "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
