Ray at Pure Maintenance Co. gave us an evaluation of a problem we've had with a wet basement. The service was prompt; Ray answered all of our questions; and the fee was quite reasonable compared to the quotes we received from other vendors. We would definitely turn to Pure Maintenance again if we need to.

Ray is going to fog the area. Because of the mold location he can't do more than that. It should be enough for now. Another company may be coming in to do the removal and repair work if the fogging isn't enough. Ray explained all the pros and cons to me about my issue and is very fair and professional.

It was a pleasure to work with ray. He provided thorough explanations of the processes. Both testing and remediation were performed promptly and courteously. The process did not require much preparation on our part and by that evening, we were unable to tell it had been fogged! We highly recommend Pure Maintenance for mold testing and remediation.
