Initially, we were quite pleased with the bathroom and kitchen remodel GIMA completed a couple of years ago, for which we paid $30,000. Fast forward to a few months ago, and our positive experience vanished. We discovered a leak from our shower, impacting the wall to our room. GIMA came out, diagnosed it incorrectly (claiming it was the shower handle), and even though our warranty had expired, we were willing to pay. We put down a $200 deposit for a discounted repair. That was three months ago. GIMA never returned to fix the leak. To make matters worse, the leak was NOT from the handle at all, but from missing grout in the corner of the shower tile ? a clear sign of poor initial workmanship. But the nightmare did not end there. We now have a second, severe leak from the standalone bathtub they installed, which has gone through our subfloor and completely ruined our basement ceiling! "In 2024I hired pro. Solutions to build a back deck with an extension. I asked them to rebuild my front porch, and I put a fence around my yard. They are a scam artist. They outsourced my work to another company. They barely came to work. They told me I had to wait a year later to stained and sealed. The wood April of 2025I started calling them. I got a hole to Guy he said that he would have someone come out and start the work. No one came here until August of 2025. They sent one guy, 15 gallon bucket of something that wasn't even the color nor was it stain and seal the guy Joey, it took a month. He was here 3 days within that month. And then get half of the fence done, Dennis never answered my calls. I called him over and over again to where they even knew my telephone number and they wouldn't answer the phone so I called for my husband's phone, and then they stopped answering his phone calls. This company is a piece of s***. Do not do not hire them"
