Frankie Contractor, LLC

I met with 3 Contractors for my roofing job. Frankie was the last one. No one recommended them to me. I found Frankie Contractor on Angi. I came away with a very competitive estimate. And to tell you the truth, they were providing them same exact process to my roof that the big guy with all the lights and whistles was. Frankie Contractor stands out because, initially, HE was the ONLY one to actually survey the job by going on the roof. The other two, talked, walked and took a couple pictures. To me, someone who put hands on with the physical components of a job is more in tune with it than another that just looks and guesstimates. Frankie Contractor was prompt on the agreed day. His crew was exceptionally in tune with their positions on the crew. The work went well with the demo of the old roof, the continuous cleanup effort being done as material fell and the tarpping they did to catch it. Every point of my concerns was met during the job.This was an all day job, the way they moved through it was organized and at no time did I observe any lackluster-lazy, unsafe or pointless operations. I am very happy with their attention to detail, workmanship and the cleanup. After they left, I ran my magnets for nails (as they did in their cleanup process). What told me that they did a great job with that was when I did it. I only found three nails for the entire area around the house. I highly recommend Frankie Contractor.

Frankie and his crew did a wonderful job on my new roof. He also put in a new skylight and gutter guards. He showed up on time, cleaned up everything, and finished in one day. The roof looks wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone.

Everything was absolutely fabulous. Frankie and his crew knocked out the job in one day, everything was better then expected. They cut back some branches infringing on the roof, cleaned the gutters and installed gutter guards on top of replacing the roof and bringing everything up to code. He and his workers are fabulous, price was what was expected, workmanship above board and I was extremely happy when the job was completed. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give him a 12. You can't go wrong hiring him for your project. I'd hire him again in a heart beat.

Frankie roofing did an excellent roofing job on my three story townhome.I also had extensive rot around my chimney which he repaired.he replaced my gutter toppers and a missing gutter drain pipe. Frankie roofing is highly recommended!

Frankie and his team can be recommended 100%. We had an issue with a leak in our old roof and decided to just replace the whole roof. We called Frankie for an estimate and he was the only roofer who actually went up and took a look at the entire roof. He even put on shoe covers and came inside the house to take a look inside the attic. He quoted us an estimate with reasonable prices for different options regarding the roof and chimney issue he found. The day of the job, the team arrived on time and got right to work. Work performed was great. Originally Frankie told me it would be a couple weeks out, but once he noticed the damage to my roof and the upcoming weather forecast, he prioritized my job and got it done quickly. Full roof in one day. Entire team was very professional. They did multiple checks around my house when it was done to make sure all materials / debris were cleaned up. Phenomenal! Our house has been completely transformed. Frankie helped with the design and color coordinating adding dimension to the house by suggesting shaker shingles in the front and to the Dutch Lap on the rest of the house. Every detail and all of the finish work is perfect. Frankie was always available for any questions or concerns we had. His team’s work is flawless. It was the cleanest work site I’ve ever seen. When comparing other contractors prices, Frankie’s was the most reasonable and included many more extras! I absolutely recommend Frankie’s contracting services and have already given his contact information to friends.

Frankie came and gave me a quote very soon after I submitted a search in Angi. His quote was very reasonable and the work they did was nice. My roof is fixed and haven't had a problem yet. I would hire him again.

Excellent service! We needed to replace some siding that was damaged due to storm. Our house is build with very old aluminum siding, so the best option was to replace the whole wall with vinyl. Frankie give us a great price, even match the color and the job was done super quick. We will be replacing all the siding of the house with Frankie contractor.
