Jack and his team did a great job. Replaced our water softner when we were stuck with a mal functioning and leaking unit. Then he helped us remodel a bathroom, replaced two faucets and repaired a toilet. Jack and his team are friendly, courteous and respectful. I never heard him ever say he couldn't fulfill our request. Recommend without reservation.

Jack & his son are no nonsense guys. I'm very happy with the work that I received. I made it a little difficult for them with a preference that they run the pipes in a hard to reach location. They didn't want to, and I really can't blame them, but they gave me what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with their work. I had a small issue after everything settled over a couple weeks. I called them and they came out in less than hour and fixed me up in 15 minutes. The whole family is happy with the soft water and the clean installation. I would recommend them to any of my friends, family & anyone.

I've been hoping to find a trustworthy, reliable plumber -- & Jack Steiner is the guy! Very responsive (he took my call, arrived on time, & accurately diagnosed the problem). Very professional -- he's been doing this work since 1979, so he must be good, & his son followed him in the business. I like the kind of service you get when the owner is personally involved. I'm planning to have him do more work!

It went great! Jack and his son were awesome. He was friendly, fast, and reasonable. Would definitely recommend him to anyone and the next time I need a plumber, I know who I'm calling!

They came within 24 hours and accommodated our time schedule. We could have waited a few days longer.
The men were in and out of here within 75 minutes. Very nice gents and professional. I would rate the price about a B plus. From what I saw, it is the going rate.  maybe I'm wrong. IDK.  I would definitely recommend Jack and his son.  I also am encouraging my son to consider plumbing as a trade someday, if he goes the trade route.

My brother had urged me to get a second opinion when I told him what a previous plumber quoted me for this job. I had used the plumber a number of years ago. I decided to join Angies list, and Im glad I did! I read all the reviews and learned a great deal. I called Jack Steiner Plumbing and Heating. He and his son came out and I showed them the problem and they gave me an estimate for two options. They were very quick, efficient, on time, and did a great job. I have already told several friends about them and will use them again.

went very well. Courteous, got job done. No problems. Best price out of 3 estimates. Thought the excavation would make a huge mess of our yard but it was left in very good shape. would definitely hire again and probably will.

Won't consider hiring anyone else. With Jack I know I'll get quality work at a reasonable price.

very well - I called the office early Thanksgiving morning only expecting a message machine. The owner answered!!!

Told him my problem, he responded he would be there before noon. He arrived earlier, looked over the problem and started work immediately to fix it that morning. We thought our Thanksgiving day meal would be ruined because of not having water turned on.

The problem was fixed within an hour, no mess left over. The price was appropriate for the work done.

Me and my wife were very relieved, and satisfied with the work done in such a timely manner. I would gladly recommend this company for any plumbing problems.

One of my contractors found the water heater tray overflowed on a Wednesday. He cleaned it up and I called Jack Thursday. Friday Jack was in there first thing in the morning replacing the water heater and doing an unexpected toilet repair for my first floor tenant who hadn't mentioned any problems until that moment. He was very flexible and professional. This is the second time in the span of 30 days I've used Jack's services. He has been excellent both times. Very pleased with the results of his work.

He was very professional, figured out what was wrong, designed a solution and sis a lot of work in a very tight place. He replaced the cold water pipe running from the basement through the floor and embedded into the floor. He was neat and although he had to come back the next day he didn't charge additional. And he only charged $75 for emergency service on Sunday!

The brass piping connecting our bathtub drain and overflow outlet were badly corroded and leaking. I called Jack and he was polite and gave lots of information to me on the phone. Based on that and his good references here I asked him to come do the work. He promised to come the next morning and he did. Jack and his son completed the job quickly and professionally and I will definitely use them again when I need plumbing work. A job well done and for a reasonable price. Thank you much.

We called the company for an estimate and they came when they siad they would. After giving us the estimate, we agreed to the price and the work was done. Jack Steiner was on time and finished the job quickly and did a great job.

I had a problem when i had my new bathtub installed the contractors used pipe fittings made for natural gas lines and not water lines. I had rust coming out of my faucet because of that. I was unable to get a hold of the contractor that installed the tub so I went on angies list and found Jack. Jack and his son came out saw the crappy work the previous contractors did gave me an estimate and fixed the pipes the correct way its been almost a month and everything is still working fine.

Jack called me back within 25 minutes of my call (which was very early in the morning) and then gave me his cell phone number so I could call him when I was ready for him to come over. He arrived right when he said he would. He and his son justin, quickly identified the problem, offered me a fair price and then performed the repair on the spot. They were fast, friendly and it was an overall very good experience. I would definitely recommend them.

Fortunatley there was no leak unless faucet was on so this wasn't an emergency. Jack came out with his son the next day to do the repair. We have an unfinished basement so they were able to access the pipe fairly easily. Cut off the old fixture and replaced with a new antifreeze faucet. Took about 30 minutes.

We have used this company before and always been satisfied. He was quick to respond and makes every attempt to take care of his customers as soon as possible. He has always taken good care of me.
