I believe I spoke with Jason, and he sent two of his team members out within 30 minutes, who checked out my situation and had a new water heater at my house 20 minutes later. Excellent service, friendly employees, and fair price. Highly recommend."

"Dave came Monday evaluated my system for repair. I ask for information to replace instead because of a prescient leak and possible over stressed system. Jerry came Tuesday. I decided to place with a 2 1/2 ton unit 3 ton to better fit home needs. I had an air cleaning unit added. I also had mini split unit installed in garage. The four man crew came Wednesday installed very thing plus cleaned the ductwork. I am very pleased. The compressor unit much quieter than the old, hardly hear it. By the way this is all done with the Coronavirus social distance thing. Very one did extremely well."

The work was done in 3 days and the final product not only runs well but looks good too. "There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. The new tank and heater were quickly put in the basement with no problems."
