JB Plumbing HVAC have done multiple jobs at our house. Our house was built in 1910 and didn’t not have a central air conditioning system. The first floor has exposed beams so putting in duct work was not impossible but we didn’t want to lose that character. We opted for the mini spits in every room. Having these units allows us to control the temperature in each room and it also saves us a ton of money on our electric bill! Putting in these units was the best decision we ever made! No more ugly window units and our house is cool and comfortable during the hot humid days of summer. Jeff and his team were in and out in 2 days. They installed 5 inside units and 3 outdoor units. The quote that he gave was extremely reasonable and we couldn’t be happier! So this was the first job him and his team did at our house. The second job was replacing our front porch. Not only does JB Plumbing do plumbing and HVAC, they now have a construction team that does AMAZING work! Our front porch was starting to sink a little and we needed it fix. So turns out it was not sinking, some of the old wood was rotted and needed to be replaced. We decided to have the whole thing ripped out and replaced. We went with a composite material similar to Trex. In my opinion, the product Jeff’s very knowledgeable team showed us was so much better than Trex. In 1 week they removed the old porch, including the old brick steps and built the new porch with new steps. Making this change was a no brainer. Our house is even more beautiful than it was. Again Jeff’s team did an incredible job! They were on time everyday and were extremely professional! Finally, the third job they doing at our house is refinishing our 1/2 bath and so far their work has exceeding our expectations once again. This construction team is very knowledgeable about different products and materials. And I can’t forget to mention the immense about of skills this team has. In my opinion JB Plumbing HVAC & Construction Division are the best in Pa. If you need anything done at your house do not hesitate to give them a call. You will not be disappointed.
