I had an emergency with a leaking water heater all over my basement. UGI did not get back to me after THREE attempts over two days of leaving my info with them. I decided to call a plumber instead. I believe I spoke with Jason, and he sent two of his team members out within 30 minutes, who checked out my situation and had a new water heater at my house 20 minutes later. Excellent service, friendly employees, and fair price. Highly recommend.

I submitted my request for my air conditioning problem in mid morning and he called and said he would be here around 4:00 then he called and said he would be here at 3:00. I had cool air by 4:00, He also did a few little things for me like putting up my new smoke alarm. I highly recommend Jason Brubaker.

If I ever have a problem with my central air unit, I would hire Jason E Brubaker, LLC again without a second thought. I had put a claim into HomeAdvisor because my central air unit was not blowing cold air. Not only did they put a bid in within a couple hours, but they were also able to schedule me in for later that same week. Brent gave me a call to let me know he was coming and arrived right when he said he would. He was very respectful and professional especially with how the state that the world is in right now. He quickly found the problem, explained it in a way I could understand, and got a replacement part within minutes. The whole process only took a little over an hour. Brent even took the initiative to adjust some of the piping at the unit in my basement to avoid future problems and was very patient throughout the process. He also did all of this while it was raining and took extra care not to track mud or water into the house. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC issues that you might have!

I wish to thank Jason, Brent, and Bradlyn for the work they did installing my new Navien combi-boiler. No more worries about running out of heating oil this winter! From start to finish they were amazing. Prompt, courteous, and profession. The installation was completed in the time quoted. The removal of my old tank and furnace could not have been easy for them but they did it. They treated me and my house with respect and they cleaned everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, up when they were done. I have no doubt my decision to switch from oil to natural gas will pay for itself in the long run. I have owned my house for 16 years, put thousands of dollars into an aged heating system, and agonizing with the issues that inevitably arose. Can I finally relax this winter and enjoy a consistently warm, efficient home? All signs point to yes!!! A special thank you to Brent for being on point from start to finish.
