He was patient with our "tweaks" and even one major change of mind. He was always willing to work around our schedules and stayed in constant contact to keep us informed. Once the project moved to the construction phase, Brian and the team were always prompt and courteous. They talked us thru each phase and made sure the schedule stayed within budget and finished on-time. The quality of the work, professionalism and flexibility were first class. "It went great! I had a whole house renovation and there were several projects that I was able to utilize his company for. I originally hired him for drywall and paint but he ended up doing so many other things because frankly they are fast and fair. He did baseboards, trim, power washing demo, blown in insulation, sub floors, framing, etc. too numerous to get it all here. Bladimir and his crew show up when scheduled. Clean up when done. He is easy to work with and wants to make sure that the customer is happy with the results. Pricing was very fair. I would definitely hire his company again."

"we have an attached solarium that has been a cooling and heating challenge in spite of being zoned into our home air and heat since construction.  Jim responded quickly to our inquiry and suggested a separate cooling/heating unit rather than just adding an automatic roof ventilation fan as suggested by the original builder of the solarium.  Jim felt it could be done as a wall unit and not for too much more than the other company wanted to complete a roof ventilation unit, and Jim's suggestion would  not risk the roof integrity of the solarium.  He had the unit framed, installed, and sheeted to match the solarium all within a day.  And, he stayed under the maximum estimate.  He also helped arrange an excellent electrician, Rich O'Shea, who installed a dedicated 220 line for the unit.  This was an excellent experience- professionalism and integrity all the way!

"The crew was on time each day. They were professional and easy to work with. They patched and painted the deck and ceiling of my garage to stop the leaking into my workshop.The job came out real good. They had to move the furniture off my deck and some woodworking equipment from my workshop all went well. The real test for this repair will be when it rains later this week and there is no more leak. I would recommend A + for your future projects."
