"Rich and his crew renovated our kitchen from top to bottom, all the old removed followed by custom cabinetry, new sink and faucet, micro hood and tile backsplash. They also did the electrical and installation of 5 ceiling fans throughout the house. All the work was beautifully completed, friendly and professional work crew. "Please see attached pictures of the work that was done. This has been the worst and most painful experience in my life ever. Mr. Gilberto Mora from Personal Painting is a one man business. He recently hired two inexperienced men to assist with minor details and not the actual paint or spackle job. Basically, they run back and forth to his truck to get supplies for him which is annoying because the door slams constantly and my AC is on. It took him over a month to do the job and he showed up a few hours at a time on four different occasions. He kept rescheduling me because he had bigger paying jobs than mine. He would show up at my house when it rained. He told me he could squeeze me in-between because he is presently painting the outside of homes and can’t paint them in the rain. Here are the end results of the nightmare. He failed to put on a second coat of paint as contracted in three rooms, failed to give me a receipt for services, failed to smooth out many imperfections from wet sanding, failed to paint my exterior door frame which I supplied him with the paint prior to and he has failed to return my paint. Also, he cleaned his paint supplies in my sink. I have a septic tank so this is never a good thing because the latex in the paint can cause serious damage which he was unaware of. I told him to clean his tools outside but he did not want to comply with my wish. Told me to get an engineer to check my tank out for damage in a smart- alec way. I have already paid him in full in cash for the services and he failed to complete the job and decided to stop responding to me via text which is his form of communication, I saved all of our texts though. He is a GOOD example of over promising and not delivering. Now I have to pay someone else to complete the POOR workmanship and the incomplete work. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau & Consumer Affairs next. I am expecting a refund of my money and compensation for my Benjamin Moore paint that he stoled."

"Its ok. I gave them a check for the total of $9500. He supposed to give me a receipt but never came back. I called him over 10 times already but no answer. He is not answering his phone. He damaged my table, the glass was shattered, they never told me that its broken. When they finished cleaning up they left. I started asking for a receipt since September 12 and it is over a month now. He also was asking me more money when he finished the job."
