O'Leary installed a new roof and replaced the skylights on my house about a month ago and I am very satisfied with the results. It has rained several times during these past few weeks and there have been no issues - the roof and skylights look great. I spoke with about 5 roofing companies for estimates and ultimately chose O'Leary. Stephen was very professional and knowledgeable during this process - working with him made me confident that O'Leary was the most competent company for the job and the best value. Stephen was quick to respond to all my questions and provided helpful resources. All the people that I interacted with from the office staff to the workers at my house were very professional and friendly - I trusted the workers during the actual roof replacement process and had no concerns the entire time. The roof and skylights were finished in one day followed by brief further clean up the next day. The work was completed quickly and the area was cleaned thoroughly. I would highly recommend O'Leary to anyone.

I needed my entire roof replaced. O'Leary has a very precise process for introducing you to their company. The first person contact with David was great. His demeanor was impeccable. Very nice and patient with all of our questions. Actually David gave us an education about roofs and roofing materials. From setting up the initial appt to workday to final debris cleanup all was done thoroughly and efficiently. Phone calls confirmations texts and emails professional. The roof looks great. Roof replacement is not an exciting home improvement project but O'Leary Roofing made it seem like my project was special and added some excitement. Very grateful for the ease of process and a positive experience.

We chose the highest package available due to all the great qualities that were given by Cody O'Leary. His team did an excellent job on my roof, and my husband and I are completely satisfied with all their work. They cleaned up everything as if they were never here, they came back to inspect the next day and informed us if we had any issues to contact them right away. We have had our first full rainfall and all is well. I would highly recommend this company with their excellent five star quality work. Thank you O'Leary for making us very happy on your roofing. O'Leary roofing was one of 3 GAF Master Elite contractors that I selected to get estimates from based on my research. While a bit more expensive than the others, we chose O'Leary because we felt we could trust them more than the others and they had incredible recommendations. From the estimate with Cory to the weekly phone calls to finally dealing with Mike and the installers, everything was great. The process and products were clearly explained, the installers were professional and worked incredibly hard to get the job done and clean up properly, and we were kept in the know about when they would be coming for the install. If I could offer a suggestion, it would be to inform the customer how to prepare the property for the install as we had some damage to outside furniture/fixtures that I thought were out of the "danger zone". I thought I had moved enough items out of the way and away from the house but things happen. O'Leary did solve the problem with the damages. Overall, I would highly recommend O'Leary for their professionalism, workmanship, products, communication, and customer experience.

O'Leary Roofing is the best in the biz. They are consummate professionals, communicate clearly, do SPECTACULAR work, and are first and foremost kind. We bought a house during the pandemic, and quickly learned the contractors that built the house did just enough to pass inspection, but did overall cheap and shoddy/shotty work in order to take advantage of the hot housing market. Less than a year in our brand-new, built from studs, never lived in before house and the roof started leaking BAD. Cue O'Leary! They came to our rescue in quick fashion and left us feeling reassured we won't be experiencing the same issue again! Whatever your roofing needs, THIS is the business you need to contact! They have a plethora of roofing options available to fit any budget, excellent customer service, and their work is guaranteed!

They arrived on time, having called and confirmed in advance. They carefully lined the grounds with tarps to catch all debris. They were respectful to both our property and us. When rooted wood was discovered they showed us all the wood they replaced. They were especially diligent in cleaning the grounds. I’d use them again.

From beginning to end the experience with O’Leary roofing was professional and client focused. We liked that we were given options in roofing materials allowing us to choose the materials and warrantee that served our needs. John was very knowledgeable and presented the options in a clear easy to understand manner. Project manager Mike stayed on top of the schedule that was impacted by the Covid supply chain delays. In the end he set a schedule with a phenomenal installation team. Adolpho and his team were perfect for the job. They were very skilled and worked together as a well organized team. We are very pleased with our new roof and thank John, Mike, Adolpho, the installation team and everyone who worked behind the scenes for making it happen.

One of the things that I read about O'Leary was that they were professional. I needed a roof. I wanted minimum hassle. I work for a small service oriented company. I have a certain expectation for professionalism. O'Leary met those expectations. They told me at every step what they were going to do, when they were going to do it and what to expect after they had done it. They hit every mark, no exceptions. They told me they were going to complete in one day. I have put on a few roofs, so I was surprised. The roof was in worse shape than any of us expected, so they finished the roof in one day, but they had to come back the second day for a couple of hours to finish clean up. I had been there for the installation, but back to work the next day. When I got home, I was hard pressed to see that they had ever been there. There are good reasons to hire professional companies. O'Leary proves all of those reasons.
