"John always came early for work. He helped us resolve some tricky problems that we faced in renovating an old cabin. He has great ideas and helped us stay close to budget. He is very PATIENT, easy to work with and a kind person! His work is skilled, very precise, and beautifully done! He cleans up after himself. We would not hesitate to have him work on our primary home, if he lived closer. We are looking forward to opening up our cabin soon for the season and working with John to get closer to finishing our project. (This will be our third summer working with John.)"

You will not find reliability or sound craftsmanship like this. I only sub-contract if needed and the customer is always informed. Each contract is negotiated differently and I always find a way to work with the customer to come to agreeable terms.
