"Well the guy was suppose to get back to me with a quote and basic design but never got in touch with me again. It also seemed like we talked more about financing (they do internal financing) then we did about the actual addition. Definitely was a turn off but I did not write them off until they never contacted me again.

They were well worth the money as our staircase that got built is extremely well done and we love it. "JB Construction was professional, on-time, clean, and does amazing work. They remodel a building for us. Installed windows, sheathing, and trim. They even caught a problem that our building had with the main bean and corrected it for us. The building is almost 80 years old and you would never know. The building feels so sturdy now.
