Best computer repair technicians near Palm, PA

"Data was transferred from two old computers to a new computer he set up and sold me. He also set up a hard disk back up. I also purchased one year of remote access in case I need assistance from the technician. I am very happy with his service."

"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

"Arrived on time. Explained what needed to be done. Listened to my input. He originally thought I would need a new computer, but after he got it in shop, James said he could upgrade my existing one at a cost saving, which made me feel he had my best interest at heart. Job was completed on time. Overall, a great experience in getting me back up and running. Would highly recommend for anyone deeding computer repairs."

"The technician who came out to repair my Attic fan was very friendly and helpful. My motor had burnt out and needed replacement. He installed a new thermostat along with the fan and cleaned up afterwards. I will be referring them to all my friends! Thank you!"

"James arrived and quickly resolved printer and some computer issues. I am going to have him back for further help with computer because I have so many more questions about the mac. He is easy to work with and explains things well! Thank you!"

"Kevin responded very promptly to our repair problem. Immediately found the problem was a faulty optical cable, replaced it, no easy task with our built -in set up and charged a fair price. He also suggested a way we could make our wiring more accessible. A good plan. Mr. H."

"Great technical pro. Installed equipment and took the time to make sure I knew how to use it."
