Went great, Mitch explained in a way that i could understand what was wrong wtih my computer, my best options to have it fixed and the effect of upcoming Microsoft changes. He had other equipment available so I have everything I need now and the upgraded equipment for my business and research. I'll gladly continue to work with Mitch.

Mitch spent 1.5 hours to update 2 computers. He left one updating and then checked it later, remotely. For a COMPUTER guy he used simple language to explain what he was performing. He was on time for his appointment and called me the day before to assure me that he was coming. I recommend him highly. I have technical support in the community where I live. However, they are very young and inexperienced. For me, it is worth it to have an experienced computer guy on retainer.

It was a long process to locate the parts for repair of a damaged touch screen, but when everything came together, Mitch was expedient and skilled. Turn around time was about 48 hours or less. Will definitely use his services in the future if needed. Thank you Mitch!

Unfortunately not as well as hoped... But not because of Mitch... The age of the comp and amount of usage, was more than could be overcome... But I would call Mitch again, in a heartbeat... He was on time, knew what he was doing, and even did extra in attempting to overcome the problem... I just should have called sooner... Next time, I'll know...

My system was reviewed by Mitch to seek possible upgrade and troubleshooting existing problems with erratic internet access. Mitch analyzed everything and made suggestions. he did good work, he did what I told him to do. he mentioned that fixing the windows doesn't have any cost, but they charged me. 150 for an extra hour. I was sick that day, and I wasn't able to get the medicine because I had panic attacks. if you use him be very careful regarding the pricing. about the additional program that they're going to sell to you.
