"I contacted Mike today about a suspected virus on my laptop computer. Mike immediately went to work. Mike did an excellent job scanning my computer remotely and found several minor issues, but then found a trojan virus. Mike was very professional and walked me through his process of getting my laptop working as it should. My internet connection is extremely slow. However, Mike kindly worked on my computer until the work was completed. He was very patient and never complained about the extra time it took due to my slow internet. Mike also was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He offered assistance on how to handle backups by using external hard drives since uploading pictures and files to the Cloud doesn't work well with a slow internet service in a rural area. I am very grateful for Mike's assistance and expertise. I certainly will use his service again, and I highly recommend Mike for your computer needs."

"Two years ago I hired Magnolia to install a custom system throughout the entire house. Love the system but the service was seriously lacking. Two days ago I had an issue with a television in the family room. I called Magnolia in the morning who indicated someone would call me back in two hours. No call came. The next day I called Magnolia back who then referred me to TiVo. Nearly an hour on the phone with TiVo, the problem was not resolved. "Andrew and his team were EXCELLENT. We contacted him with some of our ideas for a home network. At our house we use Comcast and were using WiFi throughout the home. We had tried wireless AC and a number of different options. After about six top of the line routers and extenders we were searching for better options. Unique Video and Sound understood exactly what we were looking for. They installed 9 wall plates and 18 connections, 2 per plate. I requested CAT6A cable to future proof the house. It has been about 4 months since we hired them. They were neat and professional. They were also incredibly kind and understanding. They understand networking. After using there services our internet speed (limited by how close you were to the router and number of users) went from 40 Mbps download to a CONSISTENT 180 Mbps download. We have about 30 different devices connected either via WIFI or directly to the wall. The WiFi is the same but the wired devices (TV's and computers) have no delay on the internet. Our quality of life has significantly improved. We never have to worry about the network going down on our end. If we lose connection it is Comcast. The headaches regarding internet are gone. We have also purchased a 4k TV and plugged a CAT6A wire directly into it. We easily watch Netflix or live streams of anything instantly. The work was great and we would hire them again with any project. I highly recommend installing Ethernet in your home and hiring these guys. They are the best. We waited about four months to do the review and I can say with confidence this was a great decision to hire. I cannot say enough good things about Unique Video and Sound. This is an upgrade you will thank yourself for and these are the guys to do it."
