"They came out quickly and he did a nice job repairing the windows. The price certainly seemed fair to me although I didn't price with anybody else because it was kind of an emergency situation. I went upstairs and there was a gap in one of my windows so I went to weather strip it and I noticed one of the paint seemed to be loose in an area. I called immediately and the guy came right back and explained to me that it takes a while for the putty to set and what I was seeing was normal, etc. I felt kind of stupid calling them and he said he should have explained it to me and said he was very sorry. He said they rather I call them now than not call them. I was very impressed with them. I would use them in a millisecond again."

"Excellent workmanship and products I have had three installations with Power in the past two years. I first used them for a new roof and gutters. The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."

That was the deciding factor, as the other two companies were talking 6-8 weeks to install, and I didn't want to wait that long.  He would have finished all windows in one day, but the manufacturer gave him the wrong size picture window. He was back within 2 weeks and completed the job.  Paid the deposit, and he didn't ask for final payment until the project was completely done.  Would recommend him and his product.
