Never never buy from these thieves! We bought 8 windows to be replaced on the 12th of March 2025. The 17th of May they came to install. They didn't replace our windows. They inserted smaller windows into the old window frames(less light in the house). So now we have old cracked visible window frames. Silicone seals were not replaced. And the double hung windows can only open a third of the height, not half way up.

Homestar Remodeling installed new gutters on my home. The gutters themselves were of a much higher quality then those originally installed. They also went above and beyond hooking the gutters up to a drainage system we had installed. The workers were very considerate and left everything as they found it. Planning to use them for future work.

The Homestar team were great to work with. Ty and team were on time, responsive and professional before, during and after installation. Nicely done, would highly recommend.

HomeStar's roofers punctured our air conditioner's freon line. The repair and replacement of freon cost us $2,158.16. The project manager admitted it was their fault and promised we would receive a check soon. After many calls and emails, we still have not heard from the owner 4 months later. If they won't take care of something like this, I doubt they will honor your warranty.

Extremely pleased with the initial install and support for the ~20 windows installed last year. Will be my first call for future projects.

Start to finish they were great. Easy process for getting the price quote, worked with my condo association to get approval, fair pricing and worked with me to make my small job happen when others wouldn’t. Installers were neat, courteous and thorough. Company checked in after the install as well to make sure all went smoothly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for custom windows.

Installation team could not have been better! Did a replacement of an upstairs window that was leaking and repaired our gutters. Ourr dog Sadie is usually very nervous but the guys were very patient with her even when she barked. Very impressed.

HomeStar Remodeling was excellent to work with. The representatives who set the job up were polite and easy to contact - Connor, Kevin, and overall Brian, job manager. The scheduled day the roofers arrived on time and worked incredibly hard. They finished the large roof in one day and cleaned the premised completely.

I had a very complex roof that was also in extremely bad shape! The HOME STAR REMODELING team came in and did an awesome job handling all the many issues going on with the roof and the facia boards and everything else! As a home-improvement contractor myself, I understand the importance of and appreciate people coming into my house, or in this case being on top of my house and being friendly, professional, and having positive attitudes. Both the crew that did the roof and the crew that did the gutters did awesome jobs and my roof got tested extremely quickly with both very hard rains and snow within two weeks of the job being finished! Everybody from the top down is professional and easy to work with. They also were great with their communications from the time I met the first person in my driveway until the time the last person left with the follow up. Will be using them again in the future!

They did a fantastic job and I was happy with their service. Its just that our house was burned but HomeStar has nothing to do with it. I recommend their service with my friends. I still have their number in case I needed their service.

HomeStar provided me a Sliding Door with Blinds for my Philadelphia home. I love this door, the blinds in the door are so cool and work really well. The house is so much more energy efficient since door was installed. Shoutout to Kevin who helped install door and was extremely professional and polite. HomeStar is one of the best companies i have ever interacted with. I recommend them to all my friends and family

These people came to my door a year ago to offer an estimate. I decided not to go with them. They have continued to call me for an entire year! I have asked repeatedly to be taken off their call list. I have blocked several of their numbers. The last person who called, I asked to speak to his supervisor. He would not let me speak to his supervisor. He continued to try and ask me questions about my roof after I asked repeatedly for his company to never call me again. This company is soulless. Don’t do business with them unless you want to be hounded day and night with unsolicited phone calls.

This company is very professional and took extra COVID precautions. I’m a returning customer and enjoy working with them to improve my home. Everything went well besides a couple small issues; the company took the necessary steps to remedy them. Will continue to use them.

My old roof was 35 years old. I fortunately did not have any issues but wanted address it before a problem arose. I had my windows done by Homestar and they were excellent so it made sense to have them do my roof and gutters as well. They were great and was completed in 1 day. I highly recommend them. Brian, Andrew, Sara are just a few names they have been a great help!

I am so impressed by how knowledgeable the salesperson, Janelle was about the products. She was very professional in her presentation of both windows and siding. Your warranty on windows is a deal breaker for me. It’s hard to find a window with such a great warranty. The energy efficiency rating is mind blowing. Products from this company are definitely top notch!

Wonderful company, easy to work with, polite, punctual and very professional. I don’t know a thing about roofing but they took care of my every need. They kept me well informed and answered all questions as the project proceeded.

We replaced most of the windows in our house in 4 years ago with Homestar windows and recently had the seal break on one of the windows. The team responded immediately to my request and were able to replace the window in a quick 5 minute appointment and help answer other questions I had about the windows. Everyone I have spoken to at the company is endlessly friendly and helpful! We have had a great experience with Homestar.

We had new shingles, repairs, and new ventilation system updated and added. I never, ever allow these door to door salesmen to do quotes, but the initial contact was very pleasant, and I scheduled an apt. Tim was the salesmen who came for the quote, he spent hours with us going over our options, and inspecting our house and property. He gave us time to go over our budget and make a decision when we were ready. I feel we got a good GAF (top quality) roof with a 50 year warranty at that. He came through on his word, and the house is cooler, just as he said it would be, if we opted for the new venting system. We were unaware our house was sub-par in this area. Our home is now a lot cooler then it was last summer. The roofers came and went in the space of one work day, the were courteous and you would not even know they were there, they cleaned up the yard so well. All in all I would say I had a good experience with this company. The roof is wonderful, it looks great, there are no issues with it at all. The company has called for follow-ups and have been very nice throughout.
