"They did an amazing job. Their field man came, Mike, came out twice, to figure out how to install the hand rail. The second time he brought his boss with him. He devised a design which was far superior to what was originally contemplated. And cheaper as well. All-Type-Fence worked with the township to obtain the necessary permit. Mike noticed in the township's original instructions that the fence would have to be set back 6 feet from the sidewalk. Mike contacted me and suggested the township property drawings probably had an error. So I contacted them, and after looking into it, Mike was right !
