"Overall the multiple projects went well. More costly than expected but we did receive some discounts which helped. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."

"Terrible: 1) Installer did not install as agreed upon. Line was to be placed behind wallboard. They insisted it would not fit, but I found out later when I had another HVAC company install the same units at my work office and did place lines behind wall board behind 2x4's. Be honest will ya! 2) Installer damaged a valve in condenser causing unit to leak which needed replaced. I asked for a new condenser, but Climatech refused and repaired. and warranted the repair. I would have rather had new. 3) Installer split the copper line in two places. A 2nd installer had to come out several days after install to repair and finish install. I requested a new copper line, but they again refused, but instead warranted the repairs. I again wanted new. 4) They sale the unit as most quiet in industry, but when it get's below 40 degrees outside condenser hums and struggles over condensation. The inside unit gurgles and whistles and hisses over it as well. They had a Mitsubishi person come out. Their response is unit runs normal and the operations manual states that the noise is because of condensation and won't do anything further about it. I would have not ordered the unit knowing this. They should list this before selling it. Emailing me an operations manual after the fact of install and payment is just not an acceptable response. Neither Climatech nor Mitsubishi is showing any integrity nor addressing the noise problem. I would not use either again. I am exploring legal options and trying to develop a class action legal case over false advertisement to obtain a replacement unit to eliminate the noise or refund. Very disappointing to spend the one and get this from companies such as this. "It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."
