I cannot say enough positive things about Shannon and his skills! He came in and did a thorough walk through of our HVAC system and did not rush that process. I appreciate the time he took and everything he looked at. He gave his honest recommendation and we ended up replacing our entire hvac system. He did an amazing job. He took his time, did a thorough job and left no trace of mess. He is kind and respectful and he knows his stuff! He made great recommendations for us as far as equipment and even made necessary improvements to our air duct system so that the airflow is maximized. He heard our frustration about allergies and recommended a filter that would help addresss that. He did a great job. I am so happy with the work and my HVAC system. I would recommend him to anyone. Shannon provided us quotes on replacing our boiler or installing the ductless system and water heater. Took more time inspecting the work needed and how to best install than other companies to provide an accurate quote. Excellent work, we wont hesitate to call again for any future needs.

Mr. Connelly called around to many suppliers and found one that had a close to perfect match to existing heater. I told him to go ahead and get it. He got and brought it to my house. He removed the old heater and had the new one installed job complete in under 3 hours, all during a snowstorm. Not only was he excellent at his work but was also a very pleasant person. Working with Connelly Heating and Air Conditioning was a terrific experience. My mother had her furnace crack and become disabled right before the week of Christmas. Shannon was terrific to work with both on understanding that in the middle of December she could not go without heat, and that funds were limited. He took the time to find us a great replacement and even installed on the weekend to prevent my mother from having to stay in the cold for more than a day. Installation was incredibly quick and done well within our budget. I would recommend Connelly Heat and Air Conditioning to everyone as Shannon is terrific to work with and is there to help. Well worth more than 5 stars and will be the only person I call whenever I have issues with Heating or Air Conditioning.
