"Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

Other companies told us that the sliding glass door couldn't be repaired, but the repair on this door made it work the best in the 25 years we've lived in our home. We discovered that our original storm door had not been installed optimally. We appreciated the expertise that we received in the installation of the new door. "We had a very solid pocket door stuck halfway closed as it went offtrack. Bill had to literally break through the top of the drywall only to find that the rear roller had fallen off inside the pocket in between the two walls. He therefore had to break through the bottom of the drywall to retrieve the roller. He managed to reattach the roller. He then added a block in the pocket which prevents the door from ever becoming too imbedded in the pocket. Finally, he fixed both holes in the drywall and matched the paint exactly. The wall looks like new and the heavy door slides in and out of the pocket perfectly. When finished Bill made the work area spotless. Will definitely use Bill again."

For the window, he was able to match an existing large bay window exactly with a large double hung window added to the perpendicular wall. It looks like they were all done in the same project."
