predatory sales person. lied to me to run my credit, he made me think this was direct financing, i found out within 3 days it was not. i tried to cancel, they took the call, said o.k. but kept calling me to schedule window installation. now they are suing me to force me to allow them to install there windows. this place is disgusting

"Hello Delores. I am very sorry for you experience, but you have signed agreement on 06/06/2023. You said you don't want to use our lender for financing and you will secure financing on your own. We have measured windows 07/14/2023. You have signed on Windows Specs on 07/20/2023. You had more than enough time to cancel order, not after you have approved window order. We have sent over 30 email and make over 25 calls and no respond for entire year."

They went to put my doors up, and they did not finish the work, my doors does not have any lock because they did not came to finish the work. I got no response for them, and it was a disaster.
