Rosengarten installed my silicone roof 3 years ago. Each year they come to do maintenance and each year it is problematic. This year they invoiced me for the annual maintenance they never did on 6-5-23 and refuse to answer my calls and email to reschedule. They are an extremely dishonest company have horrible customer service and I am not paying for work not completed. They do not honor their contracts or service appointments and bill for services not rendered. Find other companies in the area.

They did a good job removing the snow, but had problems with the equipment and stopped offering the service.

They were very courteous and on time and they showed you problems that are on the roof and if you do the move after the service was completed

Had a 2 tier roof that was supposed to be rubber coated and the gutters reset. They came out the first time to complete the work... then we were having some leaking through an upstairs window, we called them to see if maybe it was a gutter issue. A supervisor came out checked the window and then brought to our attention that only half the roof was done (one of the tiers) so we called, to have the other tier done and had to pay again.... only for the workers to rubber coat the same side that was done before!! We had to call again to have them come back and do the other side. The workers blamed the scheduler for the mistake. As a homeowner needing work done you go out on a limb and trust that the work you pay for is getting done correctly especially if the work is in a place where you may not be able to see and have to take the company word and pictures as proof.

the workers was very nice. also i really appreciate the fact that a rep from the company came over to my home and and fully explain to me what type of material they was using on my roof. my over all experience with this company was excellent.

We were on a very tight schedule. This company was amazing to work with. First of all, they answer the phone! They kept me updated with any schedule changes. Everyone I dealt with was top notch....Gary, Tanya, Jordan, Amanda, Renee, Kyle, Jimmie, Faith. The guys ere so polite and did a great job. If I could give 10 stars to this company I would! Hire them.

I no longer have a lifetime guarantee on gutter guards. Installed a year prior due to Rosengartner Construction subcontracted crew carelessness. The lawsuit filed and judgment was awarded to me.

I asked them to slope the porch roof, people onsite said they would and then did not and would not come back to fix it.
