"It's hard to find good plumbers, and even harder to find good plumbers that are also honest and have reasonable prices, and A1 accomplishes that. I always pick up my own parts to save money, but some people I called for estimates wouldn't allow me to do that, and others seemed to be charging more for the installation to make up for the difference. Not only did A1 provide me with the location to purchase my new disposal for the best price, but they also charged a service fee flat rate for what was obviously a fairly simple job. I am now requesting estimates for other work at my home from them instead of my other companies."

He has replaced water heaters, fixed leaking sinks, replaced garbage disposals, fixed broken toilets, done work on the propane lines in our house - you name it, he’s done it. When my daughter slammed our glass shower door into the showerhead and broke the showerhead pipe BEHIND THE WALL, he somehow managed to fix that pipe without having to cut open the drywall-I still have no idea how he did that. He is very responsive, very professional, meets his commitments every time, and his work has been fantastic. Joe has been our go-to plumber for many years, I would highly recommend him!"

"Initialliy, Done Right Today came out to quote a sink faucet job we needed done and we were quoted a price that was rather high. We decided not to go with them for the service, and I left them a 3 star review because of the cost and lack of explanation. I received a call and spoke personally with Ryan after he found out about my dissatisfaction due to the price and wanted to make it right for us. He explained why it was the initial cost and apologized that there was no explanation. He went ahead and offered the job for a much more affordable price. I went ahead and hired them back. they not only completed the job for us, but also did it for an even lower price then the adjustment they already made to the first quote. I really appreciate the efforts by this company and we do have another job for our full bath we plan on hiring them again for."

"David was great! He was swamped but made time on his way home to stop by since I had company coming in for Labor day. I had sent him pics of the issue and the faucet so he had already picked up some parts he thought he would need. He even showed me the receipt of what he paid for the part that he needed to swap. I am a hands on guy so I was able to learn couple of things from David. I would certainly recommend him. Remember to always provide as much info to someone who is trying to help you. These days you can use your mobile phones to send pics, etc. so take advantage of that to minimize trip charge, etc. Forewarning David probably saved him a second trip and me some $. All in all I would certainly call David for my plumbing needs! Good luck."
