"It's hard to find good plumbers, and even harder to find good plumbers that are also honest and have reasonable prices, and A1 accomplishes that. I always pick up my own parts to save money, but some people I called for estimates wouldn't allow me to do that, and others seemed to be charging more for the installation to make up for the difference. Not only did A1 provide me with the location to purchase my new disposal for the best price, but they also charged a service fee flat rate for what was obviously a fairly simple job. I am now requesting estimates for other work at my home from them instead of my other companies."

He sent me an appointment reminder, and showed up when he said he would. He assessed the situation quickly, and worked efficiently to replace my faucet. He took time to make sure everything was functioning properly, and cleaned the work area when he was satisfied the job was complete. His bill was what he had quoted. "Initialliy, Done Right Today came out to quote a sink faucet job we needed done and we were quoted a price that was rather high. We decided not to go with them for the service, and I left them a 3 star review because of the cost and lack of explanation. I received a call and spoke personally with Ryan after he found out about my dissatisfaction due to the price and wanted to make it right for us. He explained why it was the initial cost and apologized that there was no explanation. He went ahead and offered the job for a much more affordable price. I went ahead and hired them back. they not only completed the job for us, but also did it for an even lower price then the adjustment they already made to the first quote.
