"Initialliy, Done Right Today came out to quote a sink faucet job we needed done and we were quoted a price that was rather high. We decided not to go with them for the service, and I left them a 3 star review because of the cost and lack of explanation. I received a call and spoke personally with Ryan after he found out about my dissatisfaction due to the price and wanted to make it right for us. He explained why it was the initial cost and apologized that there was no explanation. He went ahead and offered the job for a much more affordable price. I went ahead and hired them back. they not only completed the job for us, but also did it for an even lower price then the adjustment they already made to the first quote. I really appreciate the efforts by this company and we do have another job for our full bath we plan on hiring them again for."

"I contacted Extreme Plumbing and Heating, Corp. from Home Advisor. Within minutes of requesting a quote Wayne called me. I explained to Wayne my plumbing issue. I previously made a short 6 second video of the leaky pipe on my cell phone. Wayne viewed the video and called back. Wayne promised me he would send someone out the next morning. He gave me a quote of what it would cost. The next morning Friday, November 22, 2019 Lamar from Extreme Plumbing and Heating. Corp. called me and said he was within ten minutes of my home. I told Lamar that there was someone over the age of 18 at home and that he could come over. Lamar performed the repair within a short amount of time. My Family member sent me a short video of the completed work. I called Wayne just to confirm the final price. The price was the same price that was quoted the previous day. The Job was completed in a timely fashion, the quality of the job was excellent. I called Wayne to thank him for a job well done."

"Fernando and William did a fantastic plumbing job at our home. They replaced all the valves and completely fixed our basement sink using the latest plumbing equipment. "I called Zoom Drain on the recommendation of another plumber after we had a recurrence of a main drain blockage. The reason he recommended Zoom drain was because they had the video equipment to review why we had the recurrence. Juan Carlos Borbon came out earlier than expected and explained clearly what he recommended: Use the camera to find the block and use the high pressure hose to clean the blockage. I decided to to go with his recommendation and the problem was dealt with quickly. Juan also clean out the main drain all the way to the street, which I did not even realize was included with the work.
He suggested we could do some improvements on the cleaned pipe but did not push the issue beyond a recommendation.
Overall I was very pleased with his demeanor and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Zoom Drain's services."
