I hired him to convert an oil based home heating and hot water system to natural gas. Michael took what I would describe as a ‘rat’s nest’ of plumbing in a rental home we purchased for our daughter, and simplified with a reliable system that looks quite elegant after the install. Knowing I can find defects in anyone’s work, my opinion is that Michael is excellent, smart, and his work reflects that of a perfectionist who is proud of each job.
