If in the future I have electrical needs I will definitely reach out to them. First impression, great customer service. Thank you from a grateful homeowner! Fast forward to today…..6/17/24 Well, I contacted Jacob today for an electrical need and he came promptly & fixed my issue. If anyone is Reading this review, please give The Electrical Company and Jacob a try. The rate was reasonable and the customer service was excellent. Thank you, Jacob! Boy…..did I miss judge this company. I have taken my 5 star review down to a 1. Very disappointing…..after a week my problem reoccurred. I rescheduled an appointment with Jacob; but Jacob never showed up. I called the next day to reschedule “again” ; but Jacob never picked up the call or returned my message. Very Poor Customer Service, Think about going elsewhere, very unreliable!"

At Sullivan Super Service, you’ll take pride in knowing you’re hiring a family-owned company that employs four generations of Sullivans and has been working in the Pittsburgh area since 1964. Bill and Anna Sullivan started their business out of their home with just one truck. As their family grew, so did their business and they opened a shop in Braddock and hired more technicians. Through the years the company grew but remained committed to offering the special touch of a family operated business.
"Overall the multiple projects went well. More costly than expected but we did receive some discounts which helped. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."
