"We used The Construction Company to renovate the main living space in our home. They removed a load-bearing wall between our office and family room, replaced the flooring, added a new window and constructed built-in storage tailored to the space. They did all of the painting, trim and electrical work (adding recessed lighting and even mounting our TV/components). John was able to provide suggestions we hadn't thought of to use the space more efficiently, such as reducing an opening to the room, adding a barn door that would maximize the available space for furniture, and constructing a built-in desk area in an otherwise awkward space that was created by our powder room. We couldn't be happier with the result! Not only did the end product exceed our expectations, but John was extremely professional. Our initial estimate was submitted quickly, the contract was detailed, and they began work on our project in a timely manner.
