"Everything went great! I had Bactronix come evaluate the basement given that there looked to be presence of mold. They provided a quote very shortly after the evaluation. On the day of service, Brad and Chris came out and were able to arrive earlier than anticipated. They explained the process and worked diligently. I tried to keep the majority of items away from the wall and nothing was moved during the process. So after they finished the treatment, my basement is better than when they'd found it! "For services performed 06/11/2020. Let me begin by saying I never write reviews but felt compelled to write this one. I usually do all my own plumbing and have cleaned out & snaked sewers several times because I could only find one plumber whose work and prices I trusted and he died 20 years ago. Our basement laundry floor drains were getting slow because the last time I cleaned them was in 2005. I did not have the time, inclination, or a truck to pick up an auger so decided I would give Angie's List members a try. On 06/09/2020, I sent requests to four (4) of their top rated sewer cleaning specialists but did not hear from 2, and heard from a third one weeks later. Bucci & Son were my last choice and added as a just in case after-thought. I cannot state how glad I am that I included them in my requests. Bob, the owner of Bucci & Son called me and left a message that same day stating they could take care of it on my time schedule. I did not return his call until early 06/11/2020. Bob quoted me a price that was more than fair and reasonable. I was apprehensive because the last plumber I paid to perform this on one of my rentals because it was an emergency quoted a price but it changed mid-job and he really stuck it to me. Bob sent his son & a helper out that afternoon to snake and hydro-wash the basement drains. To put it simply, they were courteous, quick, efficient, performed all the services I requested, answered all my questions, and did everything short of running a camera to demonstrate the cleaning was fully successful. They did not make a mess and cleaned up after themselves. I was so pleased with their work on the sewer that I discussed having them do work I wanted performed in the fall on my furnace boiler (I am highly displeased with the last "boiler expert" that worked on it.) I do think I have found a plumber again whose work and pricing I can trust. Interesting coincidence is the last one was also named Bob.show more

"Because this website will not let me add or edit a review once submitted this is an addendum to my review of 10 minutes ago: Wow! My husband and I are so pleased with the work done by Bolster DeHart! I called SO many companies for estimates, with a lot of disappointing responses, everything from "What's hydronic heating?" from receptionists to "Oh.... that's gonna be a complicated job." Bolster DeHart gave us the most detailed estimate, they were 100% confident in the service they offered. Although its just in the basement, the finished job is a work of industrial art, I wish I could add photos to this review. My husband restored antique radiators for our house and they were OK with working with them. We could only afford to install a few radiators at the time and really appreciate that they were OK with this. We look forward to working with Bolster DeHart in the future to install the rest of our hot water radiators. "Air conditioning fan stopped working on a Friday, neighbor recommended them over the weekend, called Monday morning. They were able to schedule us in that day, technician arrived on time. He was professional, polite and had my very old 20+ year air conditioner fixed in 20 minutes. Said that the unit was old and would need replaced sooner rather than later but he cleaned it out and fixed the current issue (wiring). House is nice and cool again. Will use again when the air conditioner eventually gives out.show more
