The company's foundation specialist, Marty, arrived promptly and took time to examine the exterior and interior basement walls. He used a laser level to confirm his findings. Marty explained that my basement was not in need of repair. The blocks were level and the cracks were not significant....
Art was fantastic. I called late Friday and he came to review my dryer on Saturday. Since it was the control panel that needed replaced, he had to order a new one. The part came in and the repair was completed Wednesday morning. I thought Art was polite, professsional, prompt, thorough...
